Customers Prefer Short Videos

Customers need to know what you are selling, and why they need to buy it. And they want to know it fast. If your video takes too long in 'setting the stage' for your product or service introduction, viewers will hit the back button and start checking out your competition. Two-thirds of viewers want videos that are shorter than 60  seconds. Ideally, you should use the first 8 seconds to throw the hook, and the next 20 or so for the sales pitch.
