Present Goodies to Website Visitors During Stages of their Purchase Journey


About 90% SMBs websites are unable to bring much value to their businesses. One big reason for this failure is that they are all about themselves and not designed to attract customers at different stages of their purchase journey. It's wise to offer every website visitor a little something in sync with their needs. A first time visitor is barely getting to know you. Offer them a survey, checklist or template. Returning visitors might be more interested in e-books or starter kits. Present them with a demo only when they seem to be interested in purchase.
