Always Set the Right Expectation



Did you ever order a service or product that made tall claims, but ended up giving little or no value at all? Needless to say, you got furious, regretted you sent your money down the drain, opened a ticket with the seller (or dismissed that as a total waste of time), and made sure that no one you care about ever goes for that product or service, ever. The worst that a business can do to itself is make false claims about what they can do for their clients. Set honest and realistic expectations for your customers especially on your website because that's where quite a few businesses get carried away. Focus on relationship building instead of selling. Your customers will become your biggest marketers.
